Center for Education Network (CEN Foundation)is an organizing that develop and support young Rwandan scholars wishes to study and learn. An organization that sustain and support high school students, aiming to develop their academic planning, achieving academic program within Africa countries especially Rwanda. Promoting African students with best study destination, focusing science studies in general as well as engineering programs are what we aim to achieve for five years coming.
