Center for Education Network (CEN) was created to provide world class university education for people living and working in Africa especially in Rwanda. We believe that education is a key driver to individual development, social and political progress and economic competitiveness and prosperity.
Our mission is to help bring world class university education to all those people in Africa who want it and can benefit from it.
